Calcutta: Destructive Australian top order batsman Chris Lynn will play for the Trinbago Knight Riders (TKR), co-owned by Shah Rukh Khan, in the 2018 Hero Caribbean Premier League T20. Last season he was in the Guyana Amazon Warriors squad.

The player draft for the 2018 CPL took place at Gfinity eSports Arena, in London on Thursday. Lynn, who was also picked by the Kolkata Knight Riders (KKR) during the IPL auction, is currently recovering from a shoulder injury. He, however, hopes to be fit in time for the IPL.

His chances of playing in the CPL is of course better as that tournament will begin on August 8.
