lEast Bengal want to play their two CFL Premier Division matches before the AFC Cup quarter final tie at the Salt Lake Stadium.
Speaking after Thursday’s training session at the Salt Lake Stadium, side-back Saumik Dey said: “We would like to play the CFL matches here itself to adapt to the ground conditions…
“This would help us during our AFC Cup match. Our coach, too, wants that we should play on this venue instead of our club ground.
“The condition of our club ground isn’t at its best as it has been affected by the monsoons.”
