London: A court hearing in the case brought by Ferrari against McLaren’s chief designer was cancelled on Wednesday when Mike Coughlan agreed to tell the Italian Formula One team how he got hold of its design secrets.

Coughlan, who was suspended by McLaren last week when documents were found in his house, agreed to provide a sworn declaration answering Ferrari’s questions. (AP)
