New Delhi: The official website of the All India Football Federation (AIFF) was hacked on Tuesday evening with anti-India comments posted on it.
The hackers called themselves as "zero cool" and completely defaced the main page of the federation. It used abusive language against India in general and also left some comments in Urdu.
The posts made by the hackers stayed for some time before it was noticed by the federation officials. They managed to clean the main page but the original page is yet to be restored. The hackers said the website has been defaced because India demanded the return of Kulbhushan Jadhav, the retired Indian Navy Officer, who has been convicted in Pakistan for his alleged spying activities.
"We don't know who are the people behind this hacking, but what has happened is most unfortunate," said a source in the federation.
