Cuttack: The number of seats for admission into bachelor of dental science (BDS) at SCB Dental College and Hospital have been increased from 20 to 50. This was conveyed by the Union health ministry. According to the officials, the permission is valid for one year for admitting only one batch of students during 2011-12 academic session. Admissions for next batch of students for the enhanced number of seats will be done only after renewal of the central government permission.
