Bhubaneswar: Winter session of the Odisha Assembly will begin from November 20 and continue till December 20. It will have 26 working days. The first supplementary budget will be presented on the opening day of the session. Medicines would also be provided free of cost to the patients. Paradip: A 28-year-old woman delivered a baby with two heads at a private hospital in Jagatsinghpur district on Tuesday. It was a very rare case of conjoined twins with one body and two heads. Kendrapara: Police arrested a 23-year-old youth, who had stabbed a 17-year-old college girl near Ostapur on the outskirts of the district headquarters towns. The accused, Gyan Ranjan Rout, had made advances towards the victim. Later, he launched an attack on the girl after she had shunned him.
