It was a very rare case of conjoined twins with one body and two heads. Kendrapara: Police arrested a 23-year-old youth, who had stabbed a 17-year-old college girl near Ostapur on the outskirts of the district headquarters towns. The accused, Gyan Ranjan Rout, had made advances towards the victim. Later, he launched an attack on the girl after she had shunned him.
