Odisha Joint Entrance Examination (OJEE) aspirants queue up outside outside an examination centre in Bhubaneswar on Sunday.
More than 46,000 students appeared for the OJEE on Sunday, which was held at 81 centres at 20 locations all across the state. Nineteen of the centres were in Bhubaneswar. The exam was held in three sittings - 9am to 11am, 12pm to 1pm and 2.30pm to 3.30pm or 2.30pm to 4.30pm.
The concept of negative marking has been reintroduced this year for the evaluation of papers. One mark will be deducted for every incorrect answer. Apart from engineering and MBBS aspirants, students seeking admission in BPharm, BTech, MTech, MArch, Mpharm, MCA and MBA also appeared for the exams.
