Bhubaneswar: The “cold war” between the Congress Legislature Party and the Pradesh Congress continues despite the reconciliation effort by the AICC leaders. The district Congress committee presidents will meet on Monday to finalise the blue print for the upcoming panchayat polls, while the party MLAs will meet on Tuesday to chalk out strategies for ensuing 
assembly session.
