New ad policy

Bhubaneswar: The state government will formulate a new advertisement policy shortly. Chief minister Naveen Patnaik on Tuesday directed the inter-departmental committee, headed by the development commissioner, to submit its recommendations at the earliest.

Bhubaneswar: Senior Odisha cadre, IPS officer Yashwant Jethwa, now posted as the inspector-general of the southwestern range in Koraput, has been appointed as the inspector-general in the Special Protection Group, the elite force raised for the protection of VVIPs such as the Prime Minister and President.
