Akhilesh visit

Bhubaneswar: Uttar Pradesh chief minister Akhilesh Yadav would arrive in Odisha on October 30 on his first visit to the state since taking office. Akhilesh may call on chief minister and BJD supremo Naveen Patnaik. He would also visit the Jagannath temple in Puri.    

Elephant dead

Bhubaneswar: A day after two female elephants were found dead in Bargarh district, the carcass of another female elephant was found at Badrama forest in Sambalpur on Saturday. While the divisional forest officer claimed that the elephant died due to age-related ailments, local residents alleged the jumbo was killed.
