Guwahati, June 5: Oil India Higher Secondary School and Gopinath Bordoloi Memorial High School emerged champions in the mini sub-junior and sub-junior categories of the fourth Greater Duliajan inter-school football tournament at Nehru Stadium in Duliajan today.

In the mini sub-junior final, Oil India defeated Kathalguri HS School 4-0. Strikers Joon Kheria (ninth and 39th minutes) and Chandan Gogoi (31st and 47th minutes) scored a brace each as Oil India dominated proceedings.

In the sub-junior final, which turned out to be another one-sided match, Gopinath Bordoloi Memorial High School, Nauholia, outplayed Bhadoi High School 4-0. Bijoy Limbu (13th minute), Kiran Garh (36th minute), Arun Kisan (45th) and Jiten Porja (55th) scored one goal each.

Vicky Tamang (Oil India HS School) was adjudged the Man of the Final in the mini sub-junior category while Kiran (Gopinath Bordoloi Memorial High School) was named the Man of the Final in the sub-junior category.
