Guwahati, May 8: Police arrested an Ulfa rebel identified as Arup Deka, 20, from Ganeshpara today. The police said Deka is a member of Ulfa’s 709 battalion and suspected to be involved in several subversive activities, including the blast at Jyotikuchi.
