Shillong, Dec. 15: A Meghalaya Civil Service (MCS) officer and an achiever in archery has been selected as an international judge for archery for the London 2012 Olympics from July 27 to August 12.
Matsiewdor War Nongbri, former director of the state directorate of sports & youth affairs, currently managing director of MECOFED, was chosen by the World Archery Federation. Nongbri qualified as an international judge after clearing examinations in Seoul, South Korea in 1994. Since then she has been a judge in several international events.
