If you’re curious about animal flow workouts, Srabanti’s regimen could be perfect for you! The actor recently uploaded a video on her Instagram where she can be seen performing a primal movement routine at the Bhowanipore movement studio Apes Kingdom. The ground-based movements are designed to improve strength, power and mobility and generally work for most body types. 

Flows are essentially sequences where several movements are linked together to create a continuous series of motions. The switches and transitions especially can be linked together as a series of movements to improve coordination, balance and endurance.
