Ring in the Puja with a musical evening
Adity Mohsin, Sourendro Soumyojit and Anwesshaa to perform at Rabindra Sadan on September 4 from 5.30pm

If you enjoy Rabindra Sangeet, Thakurpukur S B Park Sarbojonin has the perfect evening planned for you. Musical sensations like Bangladesh’s Adity Mohsin, musical duo Sourendro-Soumyojit and playback singer Anwesshaa, will pay tribute to Rabindranath Tagore’s compositions. “Just like we pay our respects with the pushpanjali on Ashtami, this is a Sangitanjali that will pay tribute to Tagore and his creations,” says organiser Sanjoy Majumdar.
This is also Anwesshaa’s first ever Rabindra Sangeet performance for which she is self-admittedly very excited. The evening’s proceedings will be kicked off by Adity Mohsin and will conclude with a set by Sourendro-Soumyojit who will perform Tagore’s music with a hint of fusion.
The musical evening is all set to take place on September 4 from 5.30 pm at Rabindra Sadan.
