Milan Utsab was inaugurated on Friday by Kolkata Municipal Corporation’s mayor Firhad Hakim. The seven-day utsab will end on February 16. People can visit the fair between noon and 9pm. Apart from career counselling stalls, there’s a food court where various cottage industry items are on display. There are over 150 stalls. Even as winter has retreated, the weather is fine and the footfall on the opening day was encouraging
