Kolkata’s Chinese community kicks off celebrations for the Year of the Horse, in Tangra

The Chinese community of Kolkata started celebrations for the Chinese New Year at midnight in Tangra. From dragon and lion dance to fireworks, people from every age group joined in the celebration for the Year of the Horse. This year is supposed to bring luck, energy, and good fortune according to the Chinese horoscope.
