Recruitment policy for management trainees

We visit campuses as well as recruit through placement agencies, referrals and print advertisements. Accountability towards the clients is very important, especially in the real estate sector. So that is one of the values we look for, along with a sense of committment. Preference is given to candidates from the construction industry.

Terms

There is a three-month probation period for freshers, which may be waived in case of experienced candidates. The statutory benefits are on a par with industry norms. Accommodation may be offered.

Postings / transfers

Employees can be posted at our headquarters in Calcutta or at one of the site offices in Calcutta, Siliguri or Durgapur. The majority of transfers are linked with role enhancement or for matching the person with the job.
