Recruitment policy for management trainees

We hire management trainees and engineers through pre-placement sessions organised by our HR team. We have a cut-off percentage for applying for traineeship to ensure quality.

Mid-career recruitment

Based on our yearly business plans, we hire people laterally. Opportunity is given to internal candidates first. For external recruitment, we rely on employee referrals and consultants. We do take back ex-employees.

Terms

Employees are free to approach all levels of management if they have any unattended and valid concerns. We encourage free flow of information to create a sense of participation, innovation and creativity. Retirement age is 58.

We transfer employees depending on business requirements. Our head office is in Calcutta with branches all over India.
