We recruit management trainees from B-schools.

Mid-career recruitment

Candidates are taken through recruitment consultancies, job portals and advertisements. However, we rely on personal referrals for senior level recruitment.

Terms

Employees are on our permanent payrolls, we don’t believe in probation. Management trainees are trained for six months to one year. Retirement is at 58 years.

Postings/ transfers

We operate from Mumbai, Bangalore, Chennai, Calcutta, Delhi, Pune and Ahmedabad. Transfer is based on the needs of the company and on individual talent.

Our retail broking division has various opportunities at these levels — regional heads, branch heads, relationship managers and dealers. Demand for resources in support functions such as finance, IT, research, and operations is expected to rise.
