Recruitment policy for management trainees

We do not recruit management trainees. We only employ professionals with a minimum of three to five years of experience, preferably with cross functional attributes.

Mid-career recruitment

We generally take the help of consultants, our internal databank and references.

Terms

Employees are recruited on a permanent or contractual basis or as a consultant. The age of retirement is 60 years.

Postings/ transfers

Our employees are likely to be posted across India, depending on the business requirements. Our corporate office is in Calcutta with a branch in Kalyani. We have sales and marketing operations across Mumbai, Delhi, Chennai, Hyderabad and Ahmedabad.

Special facilities

We provide overseas exposure to our employees.
