Recruitment policy for management trainees

We visit engineering and B-school campuses for recruitment. Since R&D is one of our core areas, we try and recruit people who are interested in research.

Mid-career recruitment

We advertise in newspapers. However, we also rely on personal contacts and internal references.

Terms

All positions are full-time although we offer flexi-work environment and work from home facility. We do hire on contracts but on an ad hoc basis.

Postings/ transfers

We are a wholly owned subsidiary of Connectiva Systems, Inc., New Jersey. Our India office is located in Calcutta and have operations in Delhi and Bangalore. Our employees are generally not transferred.
