We visit top business schools at the end of every academic session, and select management trainees from there.

Mid-career recruitment

This is done through advertisements, employee referrals, the company’s website and networking.

Terms

Employees undergo a three to six month-long probation period during which they receive industry specific training.

Postings / transfers

Our offices are located in New Delhi, Mumbai, Bangalore and Hyderabad. Employees are offered the flexibility of choosing any of these locations as their place of work.

We are looking for talented headhunters for all our locations. Candidates should have four to 10 years of experience. Industry specialisation is a must.
