Recruitment policy for management trainees

We visit design schools such as NID Ahmedabad and NIFT Delhi, for trainees. Our management trainees are either MBA students, college graduates or engineers and are mostly recruited directly from campuses. We also take in retail school graduates.

Mid-career recruitment

We usually use a combination of consultants, jobsites and referrals.

Terms

We offer our employees a one-year contract which is renewable. The retirement age is 55 years.

At Pondicherry for design, engineering and corporate management. In any of the 40 exclusive stores in India and, sometimes, abroad for retail management or in Bangalore at our corporate sales office.
