Recruitment policy for management trainees

We recruit from reputed management colleges such as Kirloskar Institute of Management Studies, Janki Devi Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, International School of Business and Media, Symbiosis Institute of Advanced Studies, MIT school of Lighting and Management Studies, IES Management College among others. However, we do not visit campuses. We invite students to our office for the selection process.

Mid-career recruitment

We take help from consultants. Around 60 per cent of our hiring is done through employee referrals.

Terms

There is a six-month probation with a fixed and a variable compensation. Employees are entitled to retirement benefits. Retirement age is 58. Some employees work on contractual basis too.

Postings / transfers

Employees can be posted at any of our 19 branches across the country and the head office in Mumbai. We transfer employees rarely. Our offices are located in all the metros, most of the state capitals and other big towns in India.
