We recruit management students. There is inadequate trained talent and one of the best ways is to recruit freshers and train them internally.

We rely on consultants, advertisements and job portals, though internal contacts is a preferred mode.

Terms

Our employment is on a permanent basis. The retirement age is as governed by law. At present it is 58 years.

Postings/ transfers

We have 45 stations across the country. Internal transfers are encouraged on a mutually beneficial basis, but not imposed on employees.
