We hire both graduates and MBA holders as management trainees.

Recruitment at this stage is done by specialised consultants. We also use professional networking websites like linkedin.com. The company does not have any referral scheme.

Terms

We have people working with us full-time, on contract basis and through temporary staffing agencies. There is no retirement age. We believe a person should have the option to work till he or she wants to.

We have offices in all the Indian metros, but our operations are concentrated in Delhi.
