Yes, we recruit students for summer training and internships. We recruit them for permanent posts as well.

We hire people through press advertisements and employee referrals.

Terms

Employees are required to be on probation for three to six months after which they are recruited permanently. We don?t have a contractual system. We don?t have a fixed age for retirement either.

Postings/ transfers

Our employees are posted at our offices in Calcutta and New Delhi. We don?t transfer our employees.

Special facilities

After an employee has spent a year with the company, we sponsor career development programmes for them.
