Recruitment policy for management trainees

As per our policy, we do not recruit management trainees but professionals with a minimum of two-three years of experience.

Mid-career recruitment

We utilise consultants and sometimes references, making the process competitive and objective.

Terms

Our terms of employment are requirement based and employees are employed with individual contracts on a permanent basis serving a probationary period of six months. We also recruit on contractual and consulting basis. Retirement age is usually 60 years.

Postings/ transfers

Our employees are likely to be posted across India depending on our requirements as we operate on a national/international level. We don?t have any group companies in India but in JohnsonDiversey, headquartered in Racine, US, international transfers/ secondments are possible. Our corporate office is in Mumbai and the works are in Daman. We have sales and marketing operations across India.
