Recruitment policy for management trainees

In the past we have recruited some management trainees from ICFAI through our regular route of HR screening and selection process.

Mid-career recruitment

As a matter of policy, we have not restricted ourselves to a particular tool for recruitment. We have seen in the past that a mix of sources has always got great results. And, of course, personal reference and contacts have always come in handy.

Terms

Terms of employment are subject to the position, but in general we follow the standard employment terms and conditions. As far as retirement is concerned, our employees retire at the age of 58. We follow a contractual system only in case of certain sales staff.

Postings/ transfers

Our employees are mostly posted at our head office in Calcutta. In the past, we have seen some overlapping of resources among various groups, which acts as a bonus for the employees as they get a broad spectrum of experience.
