Ranchi, May 18: The fate of thousands of examinees will be decided today with the declaration of ICSE and ISC, 2010, results at 3pm.

The students can access the results by logging into www.cisce.indiaresults.com and www.cisce.examresults.net. They can also get the results by sending a text message to 56388, 52424, 56263 and 51818.

All they have to do is type in their index number, for example ICSET4331009, and forward to the above-mentioned numbers.

Principals have been given personalised passwords to view the results of the individual results. The lists of successful candidates will also be posted on school notice boards.

This year, the council has eased the load on school heads. Earlier, the principals had to take printouts of the results from the websites, but now the same would be sent to them. “We will get school-specific results by email,” confirmed St Xavier’s School principal Father Ajit Khess.

Meanwhile, cyber cafes are gearing up to do brisk business tomorrow. They have increased their rates too. “Normally, we charge Rs 10 per hour. But for tomorrow, the rates will be Rs 20 per hour,” said Ramesh Kumar, a cafe owner at Lalpur Chowk.

Meanwhile, principals of ICSE schools are keeping their fingers crossed.

“Last year, the result was good. Twenty-five of my students scored above 90 per cent. In 2008, the highest percentage was 97 per cent while in 2009, it was 96. This year we are expecting 97 and above,” said Khess.
