Bhubaneswar, Feb. 18: The All India Christian Council today demanded a judicial inquiry into allegations that seven women had been forcibly tonsured in Kilipala village of Jagatsinghpur district for converting to Christianity, reports our correspondent.

The women were allegedly beaten up and tonsured on February 10 after they refused to reconvert to Hinduism.
