Meera wouldn?t dare say that again! (Her T-shirt says, ?Try Kiss Me Again?.) She is already having problems back home in Pakistan, for something she has done here in India. Meera stars in the Mahesh Bhatt?s next Nazar, directed by wife Soni Razdan.

Meera has done the deed. She has kissed ? though just onscreen. But that has enraged some religious organisation back home and they have taken exception to her act. They are fuming at her audacity to kiss a Hindu guy.

The guy at the receiving end, of Meera?s kiss, that is, is Ashmit Patel and it?s heard that those people have also issued a fatwa against her. Meera seems to have hit controversy right on its head and even before the film is ready for release. And we thought film and star exchange programmes were meant to spread bhaichaara between the two countries? Let?s hope everyone puts this little thing behind them for a greater cause.
