Congrats on the success of Kar gayi chull! Tell us how the song happened?
Thank you so much. In 2014, I was just sitting with Badshah and we came up with this song. Chull is basically a Haryanvi word and this word came to my mind whenever I saw something beautiful, whether it was girls or cars or anything... so it just struck us and we made the song in a week which was later picked up for the movie Kapoor & Sons.

Which celeb would you dedicate Kar gayi chull to?
I would dedicate this song to Alia Bhatt as she is very beautiful. 

You have released your single, Party, this year. How has the response been?
The response was really very nice as within 48 hours it crossed one million views on YouTube. 

At a time when Yo Yo Honey Singh and Badshah are riding high with one hit after the other, how does your music stand out?
My music and my lyrics are totally different as my only focus is on Haryanvi language. 

What can your Calcutta fans look forward to at your gig?
I’m really excited to perform in Calcutta for the first time. There is a little surprise for my Calcutta fans which they will get to know soon!
