The Bollywood body I envy the most: Hrithik Roshan. I would like to have a body like his.
The Bollywood heroine with the fittest body: Definitely Shilpa Shetty.
My diet: Is basically low on carbohydrates and high on protein. I also desist from eating sweets and fried things. But I take a break from being careful about my food intake when I am in Goa or on a holiday.
My fitness regimen: I work out four days a week with cardio and do weight-training at the gym everyday.
The body part I love training: My chest. It is my best body feature.
The body part I hate training: My legs. They are my worst body feature.
I started exercising because: I had become too fat and I was very frustrated with that. I also wanted to take part in The Gladrags Megamodel and Manhunt Competition. So, I joined a gym and started working on my physique. Finally, at the competition, I won the award for the best physique.
I started working out at the age of: 20
My first workout was: Tiring. I was exhausted but I persevered.
The best compliment I have got for my physique: Somebody told me: ‘Wow, you look like a Greek God!’
Relationship between fitness and health: Both are synonymous. Fitness requires a certain discipline and regularity, which is good to inculcate in other aspects of your life too.
