Zee Studios shared the first look of actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui in his new avatar in Haddi. In the teaser for the crime drama, directed by Akshat Ajay Sharma, Nawazuddin is almost unrecognisable in his shiny silver dress and red-lipped drag look. Describing the film as a “noir revenge drama”, the production house announced that the filming of the movie, scheduled to release in 2023, has begun.

After being seen in a villainous role in Heropanti 2, Nawazuddin may be taking on another dark role in the upcoming film.

Netflix has released the first trailer for its upcoming Anna Foerster-directed action thriller, Lou. The trailer of the film shows Lou, played by Oscar winner Allison Janney, trying to live out a quiet life in an attempt to forget her dark past. Her past seems to be in the past till the character played by Jurnee Smollett comes to Lou, begging for her help in finding her kidnapped daughter. What follows is a thrilling journey of two women who team up to form an unstoppable force driven by the goal of finding the abducted child. Intrusion actor Logan Marshall-Green appears to be the primary villain.

Secrets will be revealed and life-or-death situations will be encountered by Janney and Smollett in the film that will stream on Netflix on September 23.

Obi-Wan Kenobi: A Jedi’s Return

Cashing in on the successful series, Disney has created a documentary, Obi-Wan Kenobi: A Jedi’s Return, which deals with the production of the show starring Ewan McGregor and Hayden Christensen. Disney released the trailer for the exclusive documentary that offers behind-the-scene glimpses. It will premiere on September 8 on Disney+ Hotstar as part of the Disney+ Day line-up.
