HOME-MADE paan
A meetha paan recipe from Shiv Shankar Banarsi Paan Bhandar
You need: 1 meetha paan leaf, lime (choona) and acacia (kattha) to taste, 8-10 pieces of red supari, Chaman Bahar rose powder, 10g gulkand (preserved rose petals), 1 cardamom, a pinch of saunf and kesar supari
Method: Take the betel leaf, add lime, kattha and supari. Sprinkle Chaman Bahar and add the gulkand, cardamom and saunf. Wrap the leaf and sprinkle kesar supari on top.
