1. Last week, contestants were given a ‘box task’ in which few of them had to get into a cardboard box while the ones outside would do all they could to needle them enough to force them out. The simmering tension between Tanisha and Kushal came out in the open when he poured ash, garbage and tea into the box. An infuriated Tanisha got out and pushed Kushal away. Twice. With physical violence a strict no-no in the Bigg Boss house, Kushal raised a hue and cry, insulting Tanisha by calling her a “flop actress”, “fatso”, “36-year-old aunty” and comparing her unfavourably with her sister Kajol. Even as most of the house sided with Kushal, Tanisha kept mum. As did Bigg Boss. Miffed, Kushal scaled the boundary wall of the house and jumped over. Only to return. Salman came down heavily on Kushal on Saturday night for “insulting a woman and breaking the rules of the Bigg Boss house”.
2. During the same task, Armaan lost his cool inside the box and abused Kamya, calling her a “divorcee”. He also physically hurt Elli Avram with the box. The housemates boycotted Armaan, but he redeemed himself by apologising to Elli by going down on his knees and to Kamya by touching their feet!

3. Kushal is fast proving to be the Dolly Bindra of this season. He got into an ugly fight with Viveik, a wild-card contestant who lasted a week, after he complained that Kushal had left the kitchen sink dirty. Kushal laughed on Viveik’s face and also made rude remarks on his sexual orientation. In turn, Viveik raked up Kushal’s past, making references to his former girlfriend Candy Brar, a wild-card contestant on the show.
4. During the ‘Aamdhani Aathani, Kharcha Rupaiya’ task, Armaan made fun of Andy’s effeminate ways. Andy retaliated, leading to a huge fight. Andy abused Armaan’s dad (producer-director Rajkumar Kohli) and things got really ugly. Till Salman intervened and called a truce.
5. Shilpa Agnihotri damaged things and hurled the choicest of abuses when husband Apurva Agnihotri had to cut his hair as part of a task. Shilpa also lost her cool when Armaan pushed Apurva during another task. “Nobody should dare hit my husband,” she yelled, before hurling a volley of abuses.
