Amid marriage reports, Barfi! actress Ileana D’Cruz says she wants to guard her personal life and whatever is out there, the world can see and judge. There have been reports that D’Cruz got hitched to her rumoured boyfriend, Andrew Kneebone, after the actor posted a picture of herself on Instagram last December and wrote “photo by hubby.” D’Cruz who starred in last year’s Baadshaho had captioned the photo: “My favourite time of the year #christmastime #happyholidays #home #love #family Photo by hubby”.

Producers of Kick 2, featuring superstar Salman Khan, have booked next Christmas for the release of the film. Production banner Nadiadwala Grandson Entertainment took to their official Twitter handle to make the announcement recently. “The wait is over! #DEVILisBACK!! #SajidNadiadwala’s Kick 2 starring @BeingSalmanKhan releases Christmas 2019.” The actor also sent Twitter into a tizzy with a tweet: “Mujhe ladki mil gayi”. Soon, he posted another tweet: “Nothing to worry na @aaysharma ki film #Loveratri ke liye ladki mil gayi Warina, Toh dont worry na be happy na” with a picture of the new leading lady. Warina will star opposite Salman’s brother-in-law Aayush Sharma.

Actor Bryan Cranston is retiring from giving autographs to fans but selfies are welcome. The 61-year-old actor said he loves meeting his fans but “just can’t” sign autographs. “Friends, after 18 years of signing everything for fans — I’m retiring. Overwhelmed by requests and I just can’t do it anymore,” Cranston tweeted. “I love meeting fans and will personalise pix in person, but that’s all. Thanks for your understanding. See you on the street - we’ll take a selfie!”

Nintendo has confirmed that it is working on an animated Super Mario movie with Illumination, the animation studio behind movies like Despicable Me and Minions. “Nintendo and Illumination are partnering on a movie starring Mario, co-produced by Shigeru Miyamoto and Chris Meledandri!” Nintendo of America posted on Twitter. The Wall Street Journal had reported about the deal back in November.

Neil Patrick Harris has confirmed that his Netflix series A Series Of Unfortunate Events will end after its third season. Based on Daniel Handler’s series of Lemony Snicket, the show is about a bunch of thoughtful orphans constantly menaced by a renegade community theatre actor. Harris, who plays the goofy but malevolent Count Olaf in the series, confirmed to TV Guide that the series will end after the third season.

Now it’s Kangana Ranaut’s Manikarnika that has been pushed back. At an event, she said: “The film was to release on April 27 but there is a lot of VFX in the film which is going take time so we have decided to postpone the release of the film.” The actress also clarified on her tiff with filmmaker Karan Johar. “It is not necessary that one has to be friends with everyone. My career means a lot of me, so will not compromise on my opportunities. I am a professional.”
