POP THE POPCORN: Throughout their day out, Abir and Ananya fought over a tub of popcorn! Till Ananya could take it no longer and stuffed Abir’s mouth with popcorn! LOL.

MOVIE MAGIC: Abir and Ananya decided to head to South City Mall in the morning to spend a love-dovey day. “We wanted to spend the day araamse and at the same time do a lot of things. We decided upon South City Mall because there are lots of options, from watching films to fighting over popcorn to shopping and of course posing!” said the duo who play Paromita and Anish in Jodi Love Diley Naa Praane, a love story spanning generations (directed by Sudeshna Roy-Abhijit Guha) that hits screens on February 28. “I love watching films at plexes. When I was younger I loved mushy films...,” smiled Ananya. “After marriage, of course, Nandini (wife) and I watch horror films!” quipped Abir .

SHOP TILL YOU DROP: “Shopping is like therapy for me. I love shopping,” said Ananya. Don’t miss Abir’s face: he has had enough of carrying the shopping bags for her!

chilling with chilli: “Is love blind? What if I give the girl of my life a chilli?!” wondered Abir even as Ananya was busy enjoying the Chicken Sizzler. “I am a foodie,” declared Ananya. “So am I,” added Abir before polishing off a Chicken Roast!

crystal couple: Abir picked a Swarovski chain with a heart-shaped ruby pendant. What V-Day gifts would the two recommend for t2 readers? Abir: Watch. CD. Books. Red roses. I would gift her a nice gown or a dress. Ananya: Rings. Chocolates. Flowers. Perfumes (my most passionate vice). Unless somebody gifts me The Little Prince, I don’t think books are a great idea.

CLICK CLICK: This too was a part of their V-Day plan: clicking pictures on her phone! Before Ananya went into a shopping frenzy she asked Abir at least a million times to click her picture on her phone. “I want to show them to my friends!” she laughed.
