Laughing out loud, thundering applause, rolling on the floor laughing and, finally, standing ovation — these were the four stages the audience at GD Birla Sabhagar went through at the Centre Stage Creations production of The Rant of the Pant with Sorabh Pant, in association with t2.

The two-hour laugh-a-thon by Mumbai-based comic Sorabh Pant, also known as @hankypanty on Twitter, was a blast as he covered a wide range of topics.

“I will dedicate 15 minutes each to Narendra Modi, Arvind Kejriwal and Rahul Gandhi in my set,” Sorabh had told t2 and he kept his promise. “Today we will piss off people,” he stated before his show, but all he did was make us chuckle, not that we’re complaining!
