Comfort clothes: I am most comfortable in jeans and a white shirt. White is my favourite colour.

Comfort food: Any preparation of fish. I love fish! Pomfret, ilish, maagur are my favourites. I am also a coffee person and I love having coffee right after waking up in the morning and through the day.

Comfort corner: I have a sofa next to a window in both my houses — Golf Club Road and Alipore — and that’s my favourite corner. Whether I’m sipping coffee or talking to someone on the phone, that’s the place you’ll find me
when I’m home.

Comfort film: I can watch Life Is Beautiful over and over again. Saptapadi is another film that I love watching always.... And all Charlie Chaplin films.

Comfort film: Meghe Dhaka Tara is a film that I can watch anytime. I love watching films like The Notebook, Notting Hill, P.S. I Love You, My Sassy Girl on TV.

Raima Sen

Comfort clothes: I’m most comfortable in cotton.

Comfort food: Rice! I love rice in any form, be it biryani, pulao…. Somedays I have rice for both lunch and dinner. Sometimes my dad is surprised by the amount of rice I have on my plate!

Comfort corner: My bed. Nothing feels more comfortable than hitting the bed after a long day.

Comfort film: Aandhi. I love the film not only because my grandma (Suchitra Sen) starred in it but because it’s a classic and a mood-lifter. Whether I’m happy or sad, watching Aandhi makes me feel very comfortable.

Comfort restaurant: Kafulok in Tangra. The cosy ambience is great to hang out with friends or family. We often go there for dinner with either friends or my parents. The Chicken Kafulok Soup is a must every time we go there.

Comfort getaway: London, London, London! None of my holidays is complete without a visit to London. No matter where I go, London always features on my travel map.

Comfort corner: The left side of my bed, that’s my favourite. Mani (daughter) and I fight for that corner! That’s where I keep my cigarettes, ashtray, books, aroma candles and a whole lot of other things.
