I am 24 years old and have normal skin with a slightly oily T-zone. Every month before my periods, two to three pimples appear and leave behind ugly marks. I apply a face pack of Fuller’s earth, sandalwood paste and rosewater. I drink a lot of water and eat a healthy diet but nothing seems to work. Start drinking herbal teas, buttermilk and continue with the water therapy. Try to keep your skin clean and oil-free. Oil your hair and follow up with turban therapy twice a week.

Always shower immediately after swimming and then use a nourishing moisturiser or oil. I would recommend sandalwood oil as it has a lightening effect on the skin. Try using a granular exfoliator on the body like orange peel powder mixed with a little milk. This helps remove the tan and smoothens skin.
I want long straight hair. Is it alright to go for rebonding in a salon? Is there any natural way to straighten the hair ?

Rebonding has some serious side effects. And I have seen that people start losing their hair and they cringe when their hair starts to feel like straw after rebonding which involves the use of strong chemicals. You can improve any hair condition by regularly oiling it and using hair nourishing packs. For your type of hair I would advise 2tsp of mayonnaise, 2tsp honey, 2tsp fresh cream mixed with the pulp of one avocado. Apply this mask onto oiled hair and leave it on for at least 45minutes. Wash your hair with a mild herbal shampoo and follow it up with a good conditioner.
