Recipe: A tofu dish for those who love Japanese food

Chef Morita of Kampai at New Delhi's Aerocity shares the recipe for a tradtional Japanese tofu dish

Ingredients

Preparation

Tensuyu sauce
    Step 1

    Mix all the ingredients and boil. Then add potato starch

Age dashi tofu
    Step 1

    Cut tofu into 3 cubes

    Step 2

    Dust in potato starch

    Step 3

    Deep fry it for 1 min

    Step 4

    Put Tensuyu sauce in serving bowl

    Step 5

    Dip the fried tofu in serving bowl

    Step 6

    Put grated ginger and radish on top of tofu

    Step 7

    Garnish with spring onion
