While you wait for your order to arrive, you can brainstorm on the different puzzles that the innovative table mats come with.

After seven years of serving up yummy vegetarian fare on Allenby Road near Forum, Cream Centre is all set to enter Salt Lake. The new 98-seater outlet is done up in an eco-friendly way, with decor elements inspired by Mumbai and Calcutta. The restaurant will serve the same menu as the first outlet — global bites made keeping the Indian palate in mind. The menu also features some Jain dishes.

“We chose Salt Lake as it has an excellent customer base and we feel people here will enjoy the kind of food we serve,” said Prasant Menon, co-owner of the two Cream Centre outlets, who plans to host live music and karaoke sessions on Thursdays. A garden seating arrangement is in the pipeline.
