Mumbai, Feb. 24: The restructuring of Anil Agarwal-led Vedanta group is likely to be announced tomorrow. Both Sterlite Industries (India) Ltd and Sesa Goa today announced that their boards would meet on February 25 to consider restructuring proposals. It is widely believed that Sesa Goa will be merged with Sterlite Industries. A merger ratio of 5:3 is being speculated.
