Two held for murders

Chandigarh, May 11 (PTI): Two persons in Gurgaon allegedly involved in a three-year-old double murder case in Bihar were arrested yesterday.

The accused were identified as Prem Kumar and Om Prakash, both are residents of Patrai village of the state. They were found in suspicious circumstances during a combing operation, police said. During interrogation, the accused revealed that they, with accomplices, murdered Yogender and his daughter Asha in village Patrai of Chhapra district in Bihar on April 20, 2008.

The combing operation was done as a precautionary measure in view of municipal corporation of Gurgaon polls due on May 15.
