| Chief minister Jitan Ram Manjhi and agriculture minister Narendra Singh talk to farmers through videoconferencing at the media lab of Bihar Agriculture University, Sabour. For the first time in its history, the varsity has managed to connect farmers to experts, who will provide them scientific and technical tips through videoconferencing. R.K. Sohane, director, extension education, BAU, said the facility had started functioning from the lab, which is connected to Krishi Vigyan Kendras (KVKs) under the university. The varsity has planned to cover all 20 KVKs under its jurisdiction through videoconferencing.
