Are what Shubham is known for. He has won three national-level awards for science assignments. He has taken part in a national-level skating tournament. Shubham has also been selected for KVS National Sports Meet, in October.

First success…

Came Shubham’s way at Patna Central School when he was in nursery. He topped in his class with cent per cent marks. He also won the first prize in athletics in the annual school sports meet.

Multi-talented…

Shubham is also good at drawing and painting. He has won more than 50 awards for co-curricular activities. He has also won first prize in group songs, solo songs, handwriting competition (English and Hindi). He is also a good dancer.

Inspiration…

For the youth is former president APJ Abdul Kalam and Albert Einstein.

Guiding force…

Have been parents Sanjay Kumar and Vimla Devi, elder brother Dheeraj Kumar and science teacher Rashmi Kumari, skating coach Uttam Keshri, drawing teacher Anita and others. Shubham does not forget to mention principal R.K. Sinha.

Achievements…

Of Shubham include participation in National Children’s Science Congress at Jaipur National University in 2011. He was titled Child Scientist at the event. Shubham's collection of stamps was showcased at the World Philatelic Exhibition in New Delhi in 2010.

Gadget guru…

Nilay’s friends call him because of his love for iPods, speakers and earphones, which he collects.

Dreams…

To be a scientist and win the Nobel Prize.
