Which Harsh received was in 2003 in a fancy-dress contest. He was in pre-nursery at Morning Glory School in Siliguri then. He won the first prize.

Inspired by…

APJ Abdul Kalam, Kalpana Chawla and father Jitendra Singh (regional manager in cement marketing). He likes Kalam for his determination and intelligence. Harsh also wants to study astrophysics like Kalam. His father inspires him to achieve goals and that too as early as possible. Time management and discipline are qualities that Harsh wants to imbibe from his father, who had won the Best Cadet Award (air force) at the national level in 1991 in Secunderabad.

Include being the second runner-up in SIP Prodigy organised by SIP India in Patna in 2009. He was the school topper in National Science Olympiad organised by Science Olympiad Foundation in 2008. Later, he competed in the city-level competition the same year. He stood second in the school-level and 14th at the state-level round of International Science Olympiad, 2009. It was in the International Assessment for Indian Schools that Harsh got a distinction in computer science.
